Daniel M. Gariepy brings over nine years of experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation law, dedicated to advocating for injury victims throughout Southern Idaho. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Dan earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Idaho School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Idaho and is an active member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Idaho State Bar.

Richard Gariepy

Now retired, firm founder Richard Gariepy practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law for over 30 years. He’s been a highly experienced trial attorney and past member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from the University of San Diego Law School, where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, and he has also received a Master of Law degree from New York University. 

In addition to helping clients with their cases, he was a director and vice president of a humanitarian aid foundation, which helped provide heart surgery for children in Vietnam and clean water systems in Mexico.
